LaWanda Tulbert, Intervention Specialist for the City of Cleveland, teaches at George Washington Carver K-8. She shares stories about exercising at the Glenville Rec Center, being physically active all her life, reading as a way for kids to experience the world, growing up in Glenville, and vision boards.
